Special Inspections & Design provided special inspections for Delmar Hall as it was being constructed. Daily inspections consisted of visual observations of concrete construction including footings, walls, and reinforcing steel; masonry construction including walls, mortar testing, and reinforcing steel; steel construction including structural steel to support rooftop units; and post installed anchors to concrete and masonry.
